📜 1. Single PC License & Hardware ID (HWID) Binding

APF Album Photo Fitter is licensed on a strict Single-PC, Single-User basis. During activation, the license key is cryptographically bound to the specific Hardware Identification (HWID) of the client's computer. The license cannot be shared, cloned, or operated simultaneously on multiple systems. Any attempt to modify, crack, or bypass license security will lead to instant, permanent blacklisting of the Serial Key.

⏳ 2. License Validity & Renewal Terms

License validity begins immediately upon key generation. Access to batch album fitting, AI portrait retouching, and automated Photoshop scripts remains active only throughout the chosen subscription duration (1 Month, 4 Months Season Pack, 1 Year, or 2 Years Studio License). Renewal plans must be purchased prior to or upon expiration to maintain uninterrupted workflow continuity.

💳 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of software utilities and automated cryptographic license key delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once a Serial Key has been generated and bound to a Machine ID (HWID). Users are advised to review system requirements and Photoshop compatibility (CC 2019 to CC 2026) before completing payment.

💻 4. System Requirements & Photoshop Compatibility

APF is engineered specifically for 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems running genuine Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 up to Photoshop 2026. APF Software is not liable for performance lags or script errors caused by non-genuine OS builds, corrupted Photoshop installations, or third-party plug-in conflicts.

🔁 5. Computer Format & PC Migration Policy

If a licensed studio formats their existing computer without changing hardware components, their existing key remains valid. In the event of a motherboard failure or computer upgrade, users may contact official APF Support with their registered WhatsApp number for hardware transfer verification (migration charges or proof of purchase may apply depending on the active plan).

All core algorithms, Photoshop automation JSX scripts, UI layouts, graphics, and brand trademarks are the sole intellectual property of APF Software. Unauthorized redistribution, decompiling, or commercial sub-licensing is strictly prohibited under international digital copyright laws.

• Your client wedding RAW/JPEG images, PSD album templates, and high-resolution exports are NEVER uploaded to any external server or cloud storage.
• All multi-layer clipping masks, smart object placements, and portrait skin retouching calculations run directly inside Adobe Photoshop on your local machine.

📋 2. Information We Collect

When you purchase a license or register through our web portal, we only collect essential billing and licensing details:

• Studio / Client Name: Used for account identity and dashboard management.
• WhatsApp / Phone Number & Email: Used exclusively for license key delivery, transaction verification, and technical support.
• Hardware Identification (HWID): A unique cryptographic string generated by your computer used solely to lock and authenticate your software license.

We treat your studio's personal and business details with the highest level of confidentiality. We strictly do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party marketing agencies, ad networks, or telemarketers.
